[68Ga]Ga-TTP / Breast Cancer / 18F-FDG · Interventional Study
ClinicalTrials.gov · August 11, 2026
Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a recruiting interventional study designed to establish a molecular imaging system using [68Ga]Ga-TTP PET/CT to detect TROP2 expression and evaluate ADC drug efficacy in breast cancer patients. No results have been posted to the registry as of this record; the study remains in the recruitment phase and cannot yet inform clinical practice.
Interventional, Non Randomized, Single Group, Open label, Diagnostic purpose. Breast Cancer; age from 18 Years; to 75 Years. Intervention: Diagnostic Validation Cohort; ADC Response Assessment Cohort. Compared with: [18F]FDG PET imaging (for diagnostic performance comparison). n = 60. 1 site: China.

Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
This is a recruiting interventional study with no reported results; it aims to establish a molecular imaging evaluation system for ADC efficacy in breast cancer but has not yet generated outcome data.
As stated by the source record.
Quoted from the source exactly as published.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06715020). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 60 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Breast Cancer. Interventions: DRUG: 18F-FDG; DRUG: [68Ga]Ga-TTP. Primary outcome measures: Diagnostic performance of [68Ga]Ga-TTP PET compared with [18F]FDG PET for breast cancer lesions , Within 1 week after paired baseline imaging and within 2 months of follow-up/reference standard assessment; Change in [68Ga]Ga-TTP uptake in relation to ADC treatment response , Baseline before ADC therapy, at the end of Cycle 2 of ADC therapy (each cycle is 21 days), and from the start of ADC therapy until first documented disease progression, assessed up to 24 months.. Brief summary: The objective of the study is to construct a noninvasive approach 68Ga-TTP PET/CT to detect the TROP2 expression of tumor lesions in patients with breast tumors and evaluate the efficacy of ADC drug therapy.
