Where the research comes from. Peer-reviewed journals via Europe PMC, clinical trial registry records via ClinicalTrials.gov, and regulatory actions via openFDA. Every item links to its original source.

How grading works. Each development is assessed across study design, directness, consistency, risk of bias and sample adequacy, graded only from the material actually analysed. You always see the reasoning. There is no combined score, and where a dimension was not assessed the grid says so rather than hiding the row.

What it will never do. Invent a figure. Every number shown is quoted from the source; where a figure is absent it is marked as not reported.

Personalization. Your follows drive the For You section and your alerts. Your role changes the wording of the “why this matters” line, not the grading.

Delivery. Choose daily, twice weekly or weekly on the cadence screen, along with the hour it arrives.
