Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07906119). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Saglik Bilimleri Universitesi. Recruitment status: ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 72 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Chronic Headache. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-Based Group Psychotherapy; BEHAVIORAL: Psychoeducation. Primary outcome measures: Change in Depression and Anxiety Levels Assessed by the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21) , Baseline (before the first group session), at the end of the fourth session (up to 1 month) and 1 month after the final session; Change in Headache Impact Assessed by the Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) , Baseline (before the first group session), at the end of the fourth session (up to 1 month) and 1 month after the final session; Change in Health-Related Quality of Life Assessed by the Short Form-12 Health Survey (SF-12) , Baseline (before the first group session), at the end of the fourth session (up to 1 month) and 1 month after the final session. Brief summary: The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to find out whether Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-based group psychotherapy can improve depression, anxiety and quality of life in adults with chronic headache compared with psychoeducation. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * In adults diagnosed with chronic headache, can ACT-based group psychotherapy reduce depression and anxiety symptoms and improve quality of life and daily functioning? * In adults diagnosed with chronic headache, can ACT-based group psychotherapy improve psychological flexibility and reduce repetitive negative thinking? The study enrolled 72 adults aged 18 to 65 years who have been diagnosed with chronic headache and are receiving medication treatment for chronic headache. Participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups: ACT-based group psychotherapy or psychoeducation. Both interventions consist of four weekly group sessions, each lasting about 90 minutes. Study assessments are conducted before the first group session, after the fourth session and 1 month after the final session.
