What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07908537). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE3. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 564 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Small Cell Lung Cancer. Interventions: BIOLOGICAL: Gocatamig; BIOLOGICAL: Durvalumab; DRUG: Rescue Medications. Primary outcome measures: Progression-Free Survival (PFS) , Up to approximately 59 months. Brief summary: Researchers are looking for new ways to treat limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC). LS-SCLC is a type of lung cancer that has not spread from the lung to other parts of the body. Researchers want to learn if gocatamig given with durvalumab can treat LS-SCLC. The main goal of this trial is to learn if participants who receive gocatamig with durvalumab live longer without the cancer getting worse than those who receive durvalumab alone.
