Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Summary Major advances in oncology and hematology continue to reshape standards of care, with emerging evidence increasingly challenging established treatment paradigms across a broad spectrum of malignancies. Recent data from the annual meetings of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the European Hematology Association (EHA), and the American Society of Hematology (ASH) have highlighted important developments in targeted therapies, bispecific antibodies, and cellular immunotherapy. This highlight article discusses six studies selected for their potential to influence current and future clinical practice: RASolute 302, investigating targeted therapy in advanced solid tumors; EPCORE FL‑1, evaluating epcoritamab in second-line therapy for follicular lymphoma; the 5‑year follow-up of the phase III CROWN study, assessing lorlatinib in ALK -positive non-small cell lung cancer; EMN30/MajesTEC‑4, exploring frontline therapy for multiple myeloma; and emerging cellular immunotherapies targeting MAGE-A4/MAGE-A8 and the novel RevCAR-T-cell platform. Collectively, these studies illustrate the rapid evolution toward more precise, durable, and personalized cancer treatment.
