The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07848919). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Institut de Recerca Biomèdica de Lleida-Fundació Dr. Pifarré (IRBLleida). Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 33 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Ischemic Stroke, Depressive Symptoms. Interventions: DEVICE: Active transcranial direct current stimulation; DEVICE: Sham transcranial direct current stimulation; BEHAVIORAL: Cognitive neurorehabilitation using Guttmann NeuroPersonalTrainer. Primary outcome measures: Change in depressive symptoms measured with the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS-17) , From initial screening through the 6-month follow-up period. Brief summary: This study evaluates a multimodal intervention pathway for affective and cognitive symptoms after ischemic stroke. Patients undergo an initial screening of depressive symptoms, cognitive function, and quality of life. Participants meeting the criteria for intervention are randomized to one of four groups: active transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), sham tDCS, online cognitive neurorehabilitation, or a combined intervention using active tDCS and online cognitive neurorehabilitation. Clinical outcomes include depressive symptoms, cognitive performance, and quality of life assessed longitudinally during follow-up.
