Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07892326). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Oregon Health and Science University. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 200 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Inflammation, Depression Disorder, Mindfulness, Emotional Well-being, Physical Health, Mental Health. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for perinatal depression; BEHAVIORAL: Pregnancy Health Group. Primary outcome measures: Maternal Inflammation , Measured at the baseline visit, a post-intervention visit at approximately 37 weeks gestation, and 6 month visit.; Infant Emotional and Regulatory Responses During the Still Face Paradigm , 6 months of age; Infant Emotional Reactivity During the Gentle Arm Restraint Task , 6 months of age; Infant Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA) , 6 months of age; Infant Behavior Questionnaire-Revised (IBQ-R) , 6 months of age. Brief summary: The goal of this study is to investigate inflammation as the biological mechanism by which mindfulness based cognitive therapy for perinatal depression (MBCT-PD) administered during pregnancy improves women's emotional well-being and whole person health index during pregnancy and the early postpartum period. Secondarily the investigative team will determine if MBCT-PD administered during pregnancy improves the physical health and emotional well-being of the developing child.
