Phase 1/2 Trial.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05017025). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: PHASE1, PHASE2. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 32 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Advanced Lung Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Carcinoma, Metastatic Lung Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Carcinoma, Stage III Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IIIA Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IIIB Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IIIC Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IV Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IVA Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IVB Lung Cancer AJCC v8. Interventions: DRUG: Aurora A Kinase Inhibitor LY3295668; DRUG: Osimertinib. Primary outcome measures: Dose-limiting toxicity and recommended phase 2 dose , Up to 30 days after last dose. Brief summary: This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 when given together with osimertinib in patients with EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic). Aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 and osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 in combination with osimertinib may help control EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
