Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07851896). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Hacer Önen Tekin. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 40 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Fibromyalgia Syndrome. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Basic Body Awareness Therapy; BEHAVIORAL: Moderate-Intensity Aerobic Exercise. Primary outcome measures: Interleukin-6 (IL-6) , Baseline (before the first exercise session), after the first exercise session (Day 1), and at the end of 12 weeks.; Cortisol , Baseline (before the first exercise session), after the first exercise session (Day 1), and at the end of 12 weeks.. Brief summary: This study aims to investigate the effects of Basic Body Awareness Therapy combined with aerobic exercise on inflammatory biomarkers (interleukin-6 and cortisol), cognitive functions, and depression levels in women diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome. Participants will be randomly assigned to an intervention group receiving aerobic exercise plus Basic Body Awareness Therapy or a control group receiving aerobic exercise alone. Clinical, biochemical, cognitive, and psychological assessments will be conducted at baseline and after the intervention period. The findings are expected to contribute to evidence-based non-pharmacological rehabilitation approaches for fibromyalgia management.
