Interventional Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05595239). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Children's Hospital of Fudan University. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 120 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Sepsis, Blood Purification. Interventions: DEVICE: blood purification(CVVH); DEVICE: blood purification(TPE+CVVH); DEVICE: blood purification(HP+CVVH). Primary outcome measures: cytokine change , from enrollment to the 3th days; organ injury changes , from enrollment to the 3th days. Brief summary: In septic shock, dysregulated host responses to pathogens lead to cytokine storms that damage host tissues and organs, further contributing to the development of organ dysfunction and increased mortality. For sepsis, blood purification can remove inflammatory factors in sepsis by filtration or adsorption, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing inflammatory mediators in the body. However, there are few prospective randomized controlled studies in children. Therefore, this study intends to compare the efficacy and prognosis of different blood purifications on children with sepsis through randomized controlled studies, so as to provide a corresponding basis for the treatment of children with sepsis blood purification.
