Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
It has been proven that disorders of autonomic regulation of the cardiovascular system are characteristic of two opposite cohorts: professional athletes and patients with metabolic and cardiovascular pathologies (obesity, arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus). If in athletes autonomic dysfunction is a consequence of chronic physical overstrain, exceeding the adaptation reserve, then in patients with metabolic syndrome damage to autonomic nerves is due to the direct influence of pathogenetic factors of the disease. For individuals with metabolic disorders, an individualized rehabilitation program was developed, which combined aerobic and strength training to normalize metabolism, cardiac function and body weight. Daily blood pressure monitoring was performed for all participants on a day free from training, according to a standardized protocol using the Heaco ABPM50 device. The obtained data revealed a fundamental difference in the hemodynamic profile between the adapted organism of athletes and patients with comorbid pathology. The identified pathophysiological patterns are the basis for the development of differentiated physical rehabilitation programs.
