ClinicalTrials.gov · July 31, 2026
Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a recruiting Phase 2 trial comparing neoadjuvant amivantamab combined with lazertinib or chemotherapy in resectable EGFR-mutated NSCLC, with major pathologic response as the primary endpoint. No results have been posted to the registry, and the study remains in recruitment; clinical evidence cannot yet be drawn.

What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07586202). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Janssen Research & Development, LLC. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE2. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 68 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung. Interventions: DRUG: Amivantamab; DRUG: Lazertinib; DRUG: Carboplatin; DRUG: Pemetrexed. Primary outcome measures: Major Pathologic response (MPR) , Up to 1 year 8 months. Brief summary: The purpose of this study is to assess the ability to slow down or stop the growth of cancer with amivantamab combined with either lazertinib or chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in participants with resectable, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutated, Stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC is the most common type of lung cancer. NSCLC may occur due to mutations (changes) in many genes, including EGFR.
