Interventional Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07906769). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri SpA. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 200 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Alzheimer's Disease (AD), Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), Parkinsons Disease (PD), Lewy Body Dementia. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Speech and language Test to support clinical diagnosis. Primary outcome measures: Performance of AI-based language analysis in distinguishing diagnostic groups , Day 1 (At completion of the one-time remote speech and language assessment and analysis.). Brief summary: This multicenter study aims to characterize the language profiles of patients with various neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD), Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA), behavioral variant Frontotemporal Dementia (bvFTD), Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), and Parkinson's disease (PD), using artificial intelligence (AI) models. By analyzing speech and language data collected during remote neuropsychological assessments, the researchers intend to identify objective linguistic biomarkers suitable for early and differential diagnosis, overcoming the limitations of traditional, invasive, and costly diagnostic tools. The project will develop and validate an AI-driven pipeline to provide scalable and individualized linguistic profiles, ultimately supporting personalized treatment strategies and improving clinical workflow efficiency in the Italian population.
