Observational Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07918690). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Pınar Kırdemir. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 89 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Ventricular Dysfunction, Right. Interventions: DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Arterial Pulse Contour Analysis. Primary outcome measures: Right Ventricular Failure Within 30 Days After LVAD Implantation , 30 days after surgery.. Brief summary: This single-center, prospective observational study aims to evaluate whether dPmax, a measure of the maximum rate of arterial pressure rise obtained through pulse contour analysis, can predict right ventricular failure after left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation in adults. Measurements collected during routine monitoring before and after anesthesia induction will be analyzed alongside preoperative echocardiographic findings. The primary outcome is right ventricular failure within 30 days after surgery, assessed using Mechanical Circulatory Support-Academic Research Consortium (MCS-ARC) criteria. Secondary objectives include comparing the predictive performance of dPmax with the ratio of tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion to pulmonary artery systolic pressure (TAPSE/SPAP) and identifying an optimal dPmax threshold for predicting right ventricular failure. No additional invasive procedures will be performed for research purposes.
