Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07219394). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Wayne State University. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 250 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Major Depressive Disorder, Substance Use Disorders. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Peer Activate; BEHAVIORAL: Peer-delivered non-specific services. Primary outcome measures: Change in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale , Baseline, post-intervention (approximately 3 months after baseline), 6- and 12-month follow-up. Brief summary: Low-income individuals have limited access to evidence-based interventions for mental health. Peer recovery specialists, individuals in recovery from mental health and/or substance use problems, have the potential to increase access to evidence-based interventions for individuals from low-resource communities, particularly when trained and supervised in models that are acceptable and feasible in these communities. This study will examine the effectiveness and implementation potential of a peer-delivered evidence-based intervention (Behavioral Activation) among individuals receiving services from a community-based treatment setting providing integrated physical and behavioral healthcare.
