Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a completed but unpublished randomized trial of video monitoring versus audio monitoring for self-care in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction, with 365-day follow-up. No results are posted in this registry record, preventing any evaluation of the intervention's effectiveness.

Results are not reported in this registry record; no outcomes, effect sizes, or safety data are available.
Clinicians awaiting results should monitor for publication of this trial. The comparison of video versus audio monitoring is directly relevant to remote management strategies, but no evidence from this study is yet available to guide practice.
This is a completed registry record with no results posted; the trial design is sound but outcomes remain unreported, preventing any assessment of efficacy or safety.

Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06731166). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Federal University of Uberlandia. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 140 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction (HFrEF). Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: self-care. Primary outcome measures: Self-Care Behaviors Assessed by the European Self-Care Scale in Patients with Heart Failure , 365 days after discharge. Brief summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to measure the effectiveness of video monitoring associated with the transition of care for patients with heart failure. The main questions it aims to answer is: Is video monitoring superior to monitoring via audio calls in patients with heart failure? Researchers will compare monitoring by video to a monitoring by audio to see if drug videomonitoring works to improve selfcare in heart failure and other outocomes. Participants will: intervention group receive video calls guided by cardiologist nurses at 7, 30, 60, 180 and 365 days after hospital discharge. the control group will receive audio calls for data collection, at the same time mentioned.
