What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Breast cancer precision therapy faces drug delivery and response prediction challenges. Ultrasound micro/nanobubble platforms integrate theranostic functions but lack consistent evidence. A scoping review following the Arksey and O’Malley framework and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines systematically searched PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase (January 2010-March 2026), screened 2,086 records and analyzed 38 studies on ultrasound-triggered microbubble/nanobubble platforms. It mapped evidence in imaging, local delivery and immunotherapy, and proposed their optimal role as immunotherapy delivery sensitization modules.
