A series of illustrative case histories will be used to discuss distal predominant sensory polyneuropathy, autonomic neuropathy, treatment-induced neuropathy of diabetes, pure small-fiber sensory neuropathy, diabetic lumbosacral plexoradiculopathy, and diabetic mononeuropathy.
