No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07532057). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Istanbul Medipol University Hospital. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 30 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Cancer, Lung Neoplasms, Lung Cancer Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC). Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Supervised Pulmonary Rehabilitation Plus Home Program; BEHAVIORAL: Home Breathing, Coughing, and Walking Program. Primary outcome measures: Change in 6-Minute Walk Test Distance , Baseline and Week 8. Brief summary: This single-center, parallel-group randomized trial evaluated whether adding an 8-week physiotherapist-supervised pulmonary rehabilitation program to a home program improved functional exercise capacity, pulmonary function, and lung cancer symptoms in adults with stage IIIB/IV small cell lung cancer receiving chemotherapy. Thirty participants were randomized 1:1 to 9 scheduled face-to-face rehabilitation contacts plus twice-daily home exercise and comfortable-pace walking for 20 minutes per day, or to a home program of breathing exercises, coughing or huffing, and comfortable-pace walking for 20 minutes per day without face-to-face rehabilitation. Outcomes were assessed at baseline and after 8 weeks. The principal functional outcome for this report was change in 6-minute walk distance; spirometry and the 9-domain Lung Cancer Symptom Scale were exploratory outcomes.
