Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07879196). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Andreas NLP (Legal Entity - Real People Press). Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 480 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Psychological Distress, Psychological Well-being. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Core Transformation Process. Primary outcome measures: Psychological distress: Patient Health Questionnaire-8 (PHQ-8) total score , 4 week; Psychological distress: Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) total score , 4 week. Brief summary: The goal of this study is to learn if Core Transformation, a guided coaching process, lowers psychological distress in adults. It will also look at well-being, daily functioning, and whether any changes last over time. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do people who have two Core Transformation sessions have less psychological distress after their second session than people who are still waiting for their sessions? * Do any changes last up to 12 months after the sessions? * Do participants feel better about the issue they chose to work on? Researchers will compare a group that has the sessions earlier with a group that has the same sessions about 2 weeks later (a waitlist group). Participants will: * Choose one moderate issue to work on * Be placed by chance into an earlier-start group or a later-start group * Have two one-on-one online video coaching sessions with a Core Transformation coach (a coach in training or a certified coach), about one week apart. Sessions are recorded. * Complete online surveys before the sessions; at about 4 weeks (after the sessions for the immediate arm, and before the sessions for the delayed treatment arm); at about 6 weeks (after the sessions for the delayed treatment arm); and for long-term follow-up at about 3, 6 and 12 months after the second session. Everyone in the study is offered the sessions.
