Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Type 2 diabetes combined with obesity is a prevalent metabolic comorbidity with high clinical heterogeneity, leading to inconsistent treatment efficacy and difficult long-term standardized management. Emerging evidence indicates that the small GTPase ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) signaling axis plays a vital regulatory role in glycolipid metabolism disorders, insulin resistance and adipose tissue inflammation. Aberrant ARF6 expression is closely correlated with the occurrence and progression of type 2 diabetes and obesity, making it a promising pre-clinical candidate biomarker and potential druggable therapeutic target, which still requires large-scale clinical validation. Traditional clinical evaluation and intervention rely on conventional biochemical indicators and empirical treatment, which cannot meet the demands of individualized precision management. Artificial intelligence technology has gradually matured in endocrinology clinical practice, supporting accurate disease stratification, auxiliary diagnosis and optimized therapeutic decision-making. This review summarizes the pre-clinical significance of ARF6 in diabetic obesity and systematically discusses conceptual application prospects as well as major unresolved limitations of artificial intelligence in ARF6-oriented precision diagnosis and targeted intervention, aiming to provide practical references for the clinical translational research of metabolic precision management.
